Level 5 – Intermediate

The CIPD Level 5 qualifications are the Intermediate level qualifications from the CIPD.  AheadHR are approved by the CIPD to offer the following qualifications:

How to decide:
  • 2 months for an Award, 12 months Certificate, 18 months Diploma
  • Start with an Award and then top up to Certificate/Diploma
  • No exams
  • Then complete Advanced Diploma to achieve your Chartered CIPD membership
  • Choose any module offered by the CIPD for your optional choices *
  • Select either the HR Management or L&D pathway
  • Mixed mode approach (supported distance learning) builds on your existing experience and knowledge
  • Work in your own time and submit written reports to your coach for assessment
  • Use existing evidence to demonstrate experience and build your portfolio
  • Supplement evidence with online research and reading to develop your knowledge of the theory

CIPD Intermediate level qualifications are ideal if you:

  • want to work in HR or L&D and study a recognised professional qualification
  • wish to progress your career by improving your knowledge and skills
  • aspire to become a professional member of the CIPD.
