Many traditional courses will be starting in January and this is a popular route for those of you who prefer a classroom style of training. You will choose and plan your personalised programme with your personal coach-assessor to achieve your CIPD qualification. You work at your own pace, around work and family commitments as long as you finish within your learning contract. You’ll need to plan your time carefully so you stay on track but it’s a great way to gain your CIPD qualification if you’re looking to develop your career in HR or L&D without attending college every week.
