Our CIPD Qualification Centres

AheadHR’s head office team are based in Newbury and London.  We are on hand during office hours to help you with any questions and to get started with your CIPD qualification.  AheadHR’s network of study centres around the country can also be used to support you face to face and via classroom sessions.

Your Learning Portal

All our courses are currently being held online with our elearning platform AheadLearn.  Through your portal you’ll enjoy live interactive small group webinars, formative development work and built-in one to one coaching.  We want to help you make the most of your CIPD programme so you can boost your progress and accelerate your career.

Building Your Network

You will connect and study with other learners in your group – just like a classroom but without the travel.  The value of building a network of people professionals is often underestimated and is key benefit of working in small groups.  It means you can get the time and space to discuss, debate and understand first hand what other organisations are doing in the people arena.  Which our students tell us is often one of the most underestimated benefits of our CIPD Boost programme.

Coaching and Collaboration

You will work online with your coach who will guide you through each stage of your CIPD qualification programme.  Your coach will:

• lead your webinars
• support and guide discussion and debate
• encourage collaboration
• give you feedback on your formative work
• assess your assignments
• coach you in regular 121 sessions to develop your career.

We will encourage you to learn, collaborate and apply your learning.  The AheadHR team want you to really develop your career in people management, HR or L&D.

Our study centres are based around the country so we can provide face to face support and run classroom sessions by arrangement.

Your Learning Support Team

AheadHR’s CIPD centre management team, programme leaders and coordinators provide additional support behind the scenes.  This enables the coaching team to deliver a fantastic programme so you make great progress.  Your learning support team are just a call or message away if you need extra help.
