Some candidates are in between roles. Some are not in traditional HR or L&D roles but need to learn more about these areas to develop in their existing positions because their roles are changing or they are taking on more responsibility. You will need to gather evidence to demonstrate your competence for each unit, research each topic and write up an assignment. Some topics will be quite new to you and some you will be very comfortable with – you can choose from any of the CIPD units that are available on any of our programmes.
Advanced levels – aimed at senior HR or L&D managers or directors. You will be most likely be working at this level with many years experience. You will be confident enough to sit exams and work at a Masters level so you will probably have a degree but this doesn’t have to be recent.
