Confidence and Knowledge ‐ The most enjoyable part of this course has been the evidence based practice module which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Advancement ‐ Moving from an administration role into an advisor role, with views to complete my Level 7 with AheadHR as they have been INCREDIBLE!

Knowledge and employee engagement ‐ increased knowledge in the areas covered has allowed me to improve my work within my organisation, with great feedback from employees
What did you like MOST about the course?
The evidence based practice unit ‐ this was something that i had experience in from my current role, but was something i wanted to learn even more about. This course gave me the option to deeply look a topic that i enjoy
What did you like LEAST about the course?
Nothing‐ every aspect of the course has been perfect and exactly what i was looking for!
What would have most helped to improve your experience?
Increased communication at the start (Thank you for telling us Faith – we will take a look at this and increase communication for new learners)
