The CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification is the Foundation Certificate in People Practice.  AheadHR are approved by the CIPD to offer the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

How to decide:

• Foundation level membership of the CIPD upon successful completion
• Ideal for those new to HR or L&D – eg HR Assistants or Administrators or Training Administrators wishing to gain a CIPD qualification
• Also fantastic if you have more experience and would like to start your CIPD qualification journey – learners range from zero to 10 yrs + HR experience
• Live scheduled webinars in small groups to support your self-directed learning
• Formative development with feedback from your coach to build your knowledge as you work towards your assignments
• Allocated professional coaching to provide additional support, boost your progress and accelerate your career
• Work in your own time and submit assignments to your coach for assessment
• Competence assessed and fasttrack approaches for eligible learners
• Occasional bursary discounted places for eligible students
• Self study on demand options (formative development and professional coaching are optional extras on this approach)

The CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification provides an excellent introduction to HR, people management and L&D whether you are new to people practice or already working in a people role.
