Whether you’re new to HR and working at the Foundation level, have a little more experience suitable for the Associate level or are an experienced people professional working at or towards the Advanced level qualification, we have something suitable for you. You must signup for a full qualification with the CIPD but you may be still able to work – and pay – towards it using a modular approach. Each unit can be studied on a standalone basis to gain an AheadHR certificate but you will not achieve the CIPD qualification and membership status until you complete your full qualification. This means you can still study the content to add credibility to your CV and enhance your knowledge with each step adding towards your final qualification. We’ll help you to structure your programme and help you to weigh up the pros and cons of each option.
