The AheadHR Team

AheadHR is led by Jackie Allen with support from the rest of our friendly team. Fiona Taylor-Scott is our CIPD Centre Manager and Quality Manager.  Fiona looks after the programme design, delivery and quality of all of our CIPD Qualifications to ensure we maintain the highest standards. We have a team of experienced coaches and assessors based around the country so we can support you anywhere.  Most of our training is online and we understand you may prefer to connect locally so we’ll help you meet people in your area if that is helpful.  The coaching team are also supported by our central team who will help you get enrolled and answer general queries about your programme. All our delivery coaches are CIPD Members and HR, people management or L&D practitioners.  We have a wide range business and academic experience. Coaches are experienced in the topics that they cover because we know that makes a difference to your learning experience. We also have subject experts who work with us to share learning, develop materials so we can ensure continuous improvements. As licensed CIPD advisors and tutors everyone has an up to date CPD record and plan and is occupationally competent as approved by the CIPD.

Once you’ve registered for your programme, your coach will work with you to guide you through your programme.  Your programme leader and the rest of the AheadHR Team will support you at different stages of your CIPD qualification.

Our aim is to help you to develop your career in people management, HR or Learning and Development. Together we have been working with the CIPD for many years.  We are passionate about doing all we can to ensure we deliver our programmes in the best possible way.
