Levels Explained Simply
- Level 3 – For people starting HR or moving into people roles. Gives you a more secure base and learning confidence before Level 5.
- Level 5 – For HR advisors and managers building experience. If you have already achieved Level 3 and want to do some more learning.
- Level 7 – For experienced professionals moving into strategy roles. Build on your Level 5 qualification, knowledge, learning and experience.
Study Options Explained – Choose the Support That Suits You
Most learners choose our standard support package and we recommend this for the best learning experience:
- CIPD Boost with 121 Coaching – Structured learning, group support, personalised feedback, 121 coaching and longer, more flexible contracts.
A few of our learners choose these options subject to eligibility:
- CIPD Boost without 121 Coaching – Structured learning, group support, limited development feedback and longer contract.
- CIPD Light – A budget option – more independent study, some guidance, no 121 coaching, limited feedback. Shorter less flexible contract.
- CIPD Turbo – Higher support with additional coaching – we recommend you start with CIPD Boost with 121 Coaching then upgrade.
- Fasttrack Options – free planning support on CIPD Boost for very confident learners with more experience who can work faster.
- Taster Units – a great way to try us out if you are ready to start your CIPD learning journey but nervous about the full qualification.
- Single Topics – are available if you prefer to towards your CIPD qualification more slowly.
