Are you funding your CIPD programme yourself? We know it’s a massive investment and we believe it’s a worthwhile one. That’s why we help you with payment plans if you’re a self funding your CIPD qualification.
Our policy is not to inflate prices and then run big discount offers. That may work on a pure online self study type of programme with large volumes of learners. We don’t believe it works well for a programme like ours. We offer small groups, allocated live support and 121 professional coaching with experienced coaches. We prefer to set a fair year round price which provides an excellent level of support for the package you choose. We review prices regularly to ensure we can maintain high standards of support. Interest Free Payment Plans
You’ll be eligible for an interest free payment plan so you can split your payment over the duration of your CIPD qualification programme. We ask you to pay an initial deposit payment to demonstrate your commitment to your programme. Then you can split your balance across the number of months you are eligible for. In general this is a maximum of:
- Foundation / Level 3 – maximum 15 months
- Associate / Level 5 – maximum 24 months
- Advanced / Level 7 – maximum 36 months

Company funded learners may qualify for a split payment arrangement. If your company can’t fund your full programme in one go please let us know and we’ll explain our company funded payment plan.
Price Matching
We are happy to consider price matching on a like for like basis so if you feel that AheadHR is the best provider for you please let us know. Like for like does not mean that we will match the low cost online providers because quality and coaching support costs money and we prefer to focus on added value rather than cost. We are happy to explore the differences in support and can sometimes adjust your package so that you know that you can still join our community for a deeper quality of learning experience and access to our learning support team and additional coaching to maximise your experience.
MOD ELCAS Scheme and Discounts
We are also an MOD approved provider for learning credits via the ELCAS scheme. Please let us know if you are eligible and we’ll happily help you access your credits. Our team have a long history with the MOD and would be delighted to support you on your CIPD journey. AheadHR can also give a small discount to British Forces staff and their families via the British Forces Discounts scheme.

Finally, we have a small number of bursary discounted places on each intake for eligible learners on the Foundation Certificate programme. This will enable you to join our supported Boost programme for the price of the Light scheme. You may also be able to secure additional funding or support via the CIPD’s bursary scheme. Please ask if you are on a low income and would otherwise not be able to fund your CIPD qualification programme.
