The New CIPD qualifications syllabus began in 2021. Each qualification is based on the new CIPD Profession Map, which taps into the cumulative insight of 19,000 experts. These insights combine with real-life scenarios to prepare students to make a real impact in the workplace.

We are delighted to have been offering these new qualifications in partnership with the CIPD from March 2021. We deliver the CIPD qualifications online using a blended learning approach.  This builds on our expertise as a specialist provider in competence assessed ‘mixed mode’ CIPD qualification programmes. You will learn via small group live scheduled webinars, reading, exercises and assignments.  This along with regular built in one to one sessions with your coach means you gain from a personalised and practical work based programme.  All tailored to your needs and building on your existing knowledge and experience.

You can choose from:

• CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
• CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management
• CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development
• CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management
• CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development

Fasttrack options are available if you have more experience and can work at a faster pace.

Single topics are available if you prefer to towards your CIPD qualification more slowly.
