I feel more confident in my practice and I have a better understanding on my role and the impact it has on the organisation and the workforce

 

What has been the main impact on YOUR CAREER from studying your CIPD qualification?

The impact of my career is that I’ll be able to have an increasing pay as well as have wide opportunities to work in other industries and sectors

 

What has been the main impact on YOUR ORGANISATION from studying your CIPD qualification?

My organisation is seen as valuing the professional development of its workforce enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice.

 

What did you like MOST about the course?

What I like most about the course is how each module directly contributed to the practical day-to-day of the HR role and could be applied to any organisation.

 

What did you like LEAST about the course?

That is wasn’t hybrid with some in person classes but for practical reasons I understand why.

 

Thanks for letting us know this would help – we are always delighted to connect up learners who are nearby.  We have a growing learning community and regular extra free webinars open to all HR and L&D professionals that you are welcome to join.  We also have a weekly wellbeing walk with our Twickenham team and we’re always happy to meet up on those too – pop us a message if you’d like to come along and we’ll coordinate time and place and buy you a coffee!  

 

What would have most helped to improve your experience?

Being in person rather than always online or being able to have more time in break out rooms to talk to others about there experiences of the HR role

 

Thanks for this suggestion – the live sessions are in small groups with capped numbers so that you can get a classroom feel without the travel.  By attending the live webinars you help us all to create a lively and interactive learning community and this means we can run more breakout rooms and additional free webinars so that we can help you to meet a wider range of people professionals.  We know from experience that the learners who gain the most impact from their course are the ones who engage with the live sessions, complete formative work and embrace the 121 coaching sessions and other learning opportunities which are included as part of our CIPD Boost programme.  

 

Do you have any other thoughts or feedback you’d like to share with us?

It is important to have tutor feedback and next time I would chose that option rather than opt for a cheaper package that did not include that.
