The CIPD Level 5 unit 5OS03 (L&D Essentials) focuses on how learning and development helps organisations perform better and how L&D is planned, delivered and reviewed.

By the end of your learning you will:

1. Understand how learning and development connects with other areas of the organisation.
2. Understand the design of learning and development solutions.
3. Understand the importance of facilitating learning in different contexts.
4. Understand the importance of alternative methods of learning for individuals and organisations.

• The role of learning and development in organisations
• Identifying learning needs
• Designing learning solutions
• Delivering learning and development
• Evaluating learning effectiveness

• About 30 guided learning hours Plus self-study and assignment time
