Optional Unit 5OS01 – Specialist Employment Law

The CIPD Level 5 unit 5OS01 (Specialist Employment Law) covers the main parts of UK employment law that people working in HR or people practice need to know. This unit looks at employment law and how it affects day-to-day people management work. It focuses on making sure workplace actions follow legal rules.
