Level 7 – Advanced

The CIPD Level 7 qualifications are the Advanced level qualifications from the CIPD.  AheadHR are approved by the CIPD to offer the following qualifications:

CIPD Qualification - A flexible approach
How to decide:
  • 2 months for an Award – ideal as a taster and then topup
  • 12 months for the Certificate, 2 years for the Diploma
  • Top up from an Award to a Certificate to a Diploma and ‘pay no more’
  • Two exams on the Advanced Diploma programme
  • Advanced Diploma leads to your Chartered CIPD membership
  • Choose any module offered by the CIPD for your optional choices *
  • Select either the HR Management or L&D pathway
  • Mixed mode approach (supported distance learning) builds on your existing experience and knowledge via competence assessment
  • Work in your own time and submit written reports to your coach for assessment
  • Use existing evidence to demonstrate experience and build your portfolio
  • Supplement evidence with online research and reading to develop your knowledge of the theory
  • Additional workshops arranged to provide additional support for the exam modules
CIPD Advanced level qualifications are ideal if you:
  • have the responsibility for implementing HR strategy and developing policy
  • are an HR professional in a team and have responsibility for HR development
  • work as an independent or employed HRM consultant, supporting organisations in meeting their goals
  • wish to enhance and develop your career at a strategic level
  • aspire to become a Chartered member of the CIPD.
