AheadHR delivers CIPD qualification programmes throughout England, Scotland and Wales.  The key to our success is the quality of the coach / assessors who are all CIPD qualified with a good mix of practical HR experience and academic knowledge. The real key to being a successful consultant is the ability to build strong relationships with clients provided via our central marketing.  You will also need to build your own client base by developing your local contacts and you will need drive and sales ability to do this. AheadHR associates are self-employed and any work through us forms a part of their consultancy portfolio to develop their client base. All consultants are paid the same rate and we know our rates are competitive for delivering CIPD programmes.
